Three seasoned Dutch real estate specialists have come together to launch Living Capital Partners, a boutique investment management firm dedicated to real estate opportunities across the Netherlands.

Founders Jurian Meeuwisse, Joep Verbeek, and Jeroen van den Biggelaar bring extensive expertise from CBRE and project developer 3B. Their shared experience in capital markets, investment banking, and development provides a strong platform for institutional and private investors seeking exposure to Dutch residential real estate.

Why now

The launch comes at a pivotal moment. The Dutch housing market is showing renewed momentum following interest rate cuts, rising values in owner-occupied homes, and more favourable housing regulations. In Q3 2024 alone, residential investment volumes accounted for nearly half of the country’s total real estate transactions.
