Living Capital Partners is proud to announce the acquisition of the Dock25 residential portfolio, consisting of 209 sustainable apartments and 165 parking spaces spread across The Hague, Hellevoetsluis, Pijnacker, and Rotterdam. The apartments, averaging 96 m² in size and rated with energy labels A and A+, are a strong addition to our growing portfolio of modern and energy-efficient housing.

This acquisition underlines our ambition to invest in high-quality, future-proof residential assets that meet the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s tenants. Dock25 is a great example of how we continue to strengthen our platform in key regions across the Netherlands.
