Living Capital Partners has acquired a residential complex in Venray on behalf of one of its investors. The property consists of 32 spacious rental homes with an average size of 96 m², all carrying energy label A/A+. The acquisition also includes 32 private parking spaces.

With this acquisition, Living Capital Partners continues to strengthen its residential portfolio. Built in 2002, the homes are characterized by their sustainable quality and attractive location in Venray.
