As our Asset Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our residential portfolio — driving performance, fostering relationships, and ensuring our properties continue to set new standards in quality and sustainability.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing residential (or mixed-use) portfolios — from rent optimization and vacancy control to maintenance planning and renovations.
• Strong analytical mindset — you monitor income, costs, and performance indicators, and build clear, data-driven plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills — you work seamlessly with property managers, maintenance teams, brokers, VvEs, and our internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on yet strategic — you’re as comfortable negotiating contracts as you are refining long-term business cases.
• Fluent in Dutch and English — both spoken and written.
